Almost everyone can use an extra cash in their pocket from time to time because expenses pop up unexpectedly and at the most inconveniencing times. Here is a list of things you can do to make extra cash alongside your full time job.

Social media

This is an incredibly easy way to make extra buck without breaking a sweat. Upping your followers on Twitter, Facebook, Instagram and the likes and making your page a public sensation can gain you some recognition from organizations who will pay to advertise their products on your page.

Remember the saying- A picture is worth a thousand words?  Well, it’s also worth a lot of money. If you like taking pictures and own a decent camera (not IPhone camera please), you may consider offering your photography skills at weddings, graduations, to families etc. Or you may even consider taking pictures of things that appeal to you and sell your pictures.

Blogging:

This may not be a quick way to make extra cash but it pays off in the long run. Find what you are passionate about, things that excite you, and things you love talking about and blog about them. In few years or even months from now when the dough starts rolling in, you will be glad you did.

Freelancing

A lot of people are making money through freelancing and you too can be one of them. If you have a skill you have already developed, it may be a good idea to make some money from it. Ranging from IT, to content developing, social media moderation or graphics designing.

Declutter your house

You can make some money by selling items you no longer need/ use. This way your house is neater and your pocket fuller. You can start by selecting all the items you would want to let go of, tweet a yard sale date and venue or send messages out to your groups on social media.

These are but a few ways to make extra buck. Please let us know of other things you can do to bring in extra money.
