The iPhone 7 is Cooler than Cool. Here’s Why.

It’s no news that Apple launched the iPhone 7 and iPhone 7 Plus. Coming from the number one premium smartphone maker in the world, we couldn’t expect anything less than the best. Here’s our view of what makes the new iPhone 7 premier cool.

1. The Camera

The camera in the iPhone 7 has been improved, and for a company whose previous models have the best cameras, pushing the limit on its new models is exciting. The iPhone 7 has a bigger camera, while the iPhone 7 Plus has a dual camera, both model has wider camera apertures. The back camera was upgraded to 12MP, while the iPhone 7 Plus has a frontal 7MP camera. With all these said, who needs a digital camera?

2. Airpods

 The Airpods reminds us of spyware out of a James Bond movie. It is one of the disruptions that is obvious, and other phone manufacturers are sure to follow. This makes Apple retain its spot as an innovative company directing the pace of the industry. We predict that cord earpiece and headphones will soon be phased out. But what if you want to still use your headphones on the new iPhone 7? Don’t fret, the phone comes with an adapter that can be used with regular headphones. How’s that for cool.

3. Water resistant feature

 This is an area where Apple had to get it right, and rightly it did! The previous model had water resistant features but the iPhone 7 can last longer when submerged in water.

4. Removal  of Audio Jack

The first thing that would be noticed (especially by music enthusiasts) is that there is only one slot on the iPhone 7, which is for the Lightning Port. The introduction of the airpods meant Apple removed the audio jack. With the advent of wireless charging, one wonders if Apple will take the iPhone further by removing the lightning port altogether. Who knows, they just might.
