Premier Cool’s got you covered with an exciting list of fun things to do this weekend. Get your friends on baord and thank us for cool memories later!
1. Arrange your room
We imagine your room is in top shape, right? If wrong is the answer, then use the time to clean up your room. This y extension also means arranging your clothes and wardrobe, cleaning the restroom, and generally tidy up the house. At the end, you get satisfaction form the work you have done. So go ahead, give it a try.
2. Cook a meal and invite someone over
This can be the opportunity to try out new culinary skills. And yes, men can cook. Who do you think the coolest Chefs are? So go ahead, work some magic in the kitchen. You can invite a friend over when you are done. You will have company to laugh or brag with, depending on how the meal turns out.
3. Watch a movie
We are guessing the week has been super busy, so why not be a couch potato and slot in that movie you’ve been procrastinating forever to watch? Not every time serious issues like watching news. A good selection will be that film everyone in the office (except you) have seen, or that your favourite movie that you cannot get enough of.
4. Exercise
What other way to productively spend time at home than a great work out session? So, turn up the music and dance, or yoga, or aerobics, or push ups. Whatever rocks your boat, just get sweaty and let those “feel good” hormones circulate your blood stream. Then get into the shower, and have a great Premier Cool bath. Thank us later.
5. Plan and set goals
Time alone is usually rare these days, but quiet moments are a great time to reflect and plan. Review what you are currently doing, consciously note what works and what doesn’t, then map out strategies to get you to the next level. Don’t forget to include timeframes and key people to collaborate with. You will feel more confident about the future.
6. Daydream
Similar to the above, but only this time you relax and let your mind roam. Think about how things can be different or better or what greater good the world can currently needs. This can also help you unearth some latent creativity buried deep inside you.
7. Read or write or paint.
There is something about knowledge, makes you a more likeable person. So do you have time to burn? Why not read, it may even be for leisure. Other alternatives can be writing, painting, clay works, playing a musical instrument or any other craft and skills that combine mental and kinetic abilities. It will engage your brain and make you expand your wealth of knowledge and skill. Start or relieve that hobby that helps you relax and become better.
8. Call a family member or an old friend
When was the last time you spoke with that your best friend roomie at the University? Call old friends and catch up on old times. You can also call close family you’ve not spoken with in a long time. Call Mum. This will show the important people in your life that you care about them. It will also strengthen your relationships.
9. Starch and iron your clothes
Yes, we said it. Appearance boosts confidence. You’re free today, you may be busy tomorrow, so use the time to prepare to look your best. Who says you cannot plan and prepare your attires for the whole week? It is better to do it now, than rushing to do it in the morning when you’re already ten minutes late, or don’t you think?
What did we miss out? How do you break the boredom cycle when you’re home alone? Share with us using the comments box. Whatever you do, just create remarkable memories. Stay super awesome.
