Leisure football has never been this cool! To enter is pretty simple, first you’ve got to be cool and then just follow the simple steps below:
Form a football team, choose a captain and ensure your captain has all the team members’ details. Your team should have a minimum of 7 players (4 players, 1 goalkeeper, 1 substitute and 1 team official) or 12 players (4 players, 1 goalkeeper 5 substitutes and 2 team officials)

Read and accept all terms and conditions
Get your team captain to register the team by providing all relevant information
Hit the ‘Submit’ button to complete your registration.
You’ll be notified via the email your team captain provides during the registration, so ensure the email is a valid one.
Top 32 teams will emerge based on the information provided, and you’ll be required to win a lot of votes to make it to the Top 16 team and battle it out for the top prize.
