MyCoolOther (Terms & Conditions)
Introduction
These general conditions apply to participants in #MyCoolOther Challenge. By participating in this competition, you agree to the following terms and conditions of the contest.
The Promoter is PZ Cussons Nigeria PLC.
This contest is open to all Nigerians;
Directors, members, partners, employees, agents or consultants of Promoter, the marketing service providers of any person who directly or indirectly controls or is controlled by these entities, including their spouses, life partners, business partners or immediate family members are exempted.
Promotional Period
1. The competition will begin on the 7th February, 2017 and end on 13th February, 2017 at 11:59pm. Any entries received after the closing date will not be considered. The contest is only valid for this period.
Participation
1. Follow Premier Cool Nigeria on Facebook, Twitter and Instagram.
2. In 112 words describe someone (boyfriend, girlfriend, sibling, best friend, parent etc.) you care about with the hashtag (#MyCoolOther) on Facebook, Twitter and Instagram with a picture.
3. Tag Premier Cool Nigeria in all post.
4. Get your friends to like, comment and share your post to better your chance of winning.
5. You must be 18 and older to participate.
6. Individuals who do not follow the brand on stated Social Media Platforms will automatically be disqualified even if their post has the highest engagements.
7. A participant is only eligible to win once in the competition.
8. The Premier Cool Nigeria team reserves the sole right to disqualify any entries that contain profanity, sexual content, abusive language or any other offensive or indecent content.
9. The Promoter shall not be responsible for any lost, damaged or delayed entries for any reason whatsoever.
Winners & Prizes
10 Winners will be selected using highest number of engagements gathered from the post as criteria to win a Dinner Date, a Basket of PZ Products and 2 Manchester City Jerseys.
11. Any declaration or announcement of Winners by the Premier Cool team shall be final and uncontested.
12. Winners of the contest will be announced on the Premier Cool social media pages. Winners will be contacted through their Twitter, Instagram or Facebook account. The names of the winners, once contacted, will be published on https://www.facebook.com/premierCool.Ng
13. All winners will be required to provide their names and contact details using a valid identification document such as international passport, National ID card, School Certificates or any other document in the same range as stated.
14. Use of awarded prize is at the expense and risk of the winner. The Promoter cannot be held liable for use of the prize by the winner(s).
15. Mode of prize delivery/collection to be agreed on by the Premier Cool Nigeria team and the winner/participants. Final decision to be made by the Premier Cool.
16. In the event that the prize is not available despite the Promoter’s reasonable endeavors to procure the prize, the Promoter reserves the right to substitute prizes of equal value.
17. All entries upon receipt shall become the exclusive property of PZ Cussons Nigeria PLC. Submission of entries by participants constitutes permission for PZ Cussons Nigeria to use submitted entries for editorial, advertising or promotional, research and profiling purposes without further compensation or liability.
18. The Promoter reserves the right to use the images taken of the winner for publicity purposes in any manner they deem fit, without further remuneration being made payable to the winner.
19. The participants consent to the processing of personal data and post event publicity in connection with the participation in the contest. The Promoter may add the personal information to its database, provide personal data to third parties involved in the promotion (including but not limited to suppliers, advertisers and sponsors etc.)
General
20. The Promoter shall have the right to change or terminate the contest immediately and without notice. In the event of such change or termination, all participants agree to waive any rights that they have in respect of this contest and acknowledge that they will have no recourse against the Promoter or its agents.
21. Neither the Promoter, its agents, its associated companies, nor any directors, officers nor employees of such, shall be liable for any loss or damage, whether direct, indirect, consequential or otherwise arising from any cause whatsoever, which may be suffered by the participant.
22. The Promoter has the right to use pictures and any material submitted for the purpose of this contest for marketing purposes after the duration of the contest.
23. If one or more of these terms and conditions are void and invalid, this will not affect the validity of the remaining conditions.
24. Any questions, complaints or comments about the contest can be made in writing and sent as an inbox message to the Premier Cool Facebook page.
25. Individuals with any criminal records are NOT meant to participate in this contest.
26. Winners outside Lagos are liable for their expenses to Lagos to come redeem their prizes latest 18th February 2017, as the Promoter will not send/transfer Prizes to participants outside Lagos.
By submitting your entry, it means that you have agreed to the above terms and conditions of the Premier Cool Nigeria in regards to My Cool Other Valentine Campaign.
